  • Where we need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation based on the Services we provide, like driver’s education, workplace safety training, and/or continuing education, In those instances, we may have to share student data with state or federal agencies as part of our course or exam completion reporting.

Storing your personal data/Transfer of Data

miami-espresso.com does not “sell” your personal information as we understand that term to be defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act and its implementing regulations. We do however provide your information to those companies we have contracted with to help provide some part of our services. We don’t intend for our services to be used by anyone under 13 and don’t knowingly collect or disclose data of individuals under 13.

We have disclosed personal information in all or substantially all of the categories identified in this Additional Notice for California Resident Consumers for various business purposes and as a service provider. For more information about what all we disclosed and the entities we disclosed to and why, please see “Information We Share” above.

Your California Privacy Rights

At this time, there is no worldwide uniform or consistent industry standard or definition for responding to, processing, or communicating Do Not Track signals. Thus, we are unable to respond to Do Not Track signals.
